CigarBQue By Diamond Crown Returns For 2016

A nationwide tour of charity events featuring cigars, spirits and local cuisine will kick off next month in Atlanta, Georgia. Hosted by J.C. Newman Cigar Co., CigarBQue by Diamond Crown brings together local chefs, bartenders, Diamond Crown cigars and cigar lovers to benefit the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation, an organization operated by Arturo Fuente Cigars and J.C. Newman Cigar Co. that aims to improve the lives of children and families in the Dominican Republic.

"The first CigarBQue is coming up in Atlanta. We will close out the year in Tampa," Shanda Lee, vice president of marketing for J.C. Newman told Cigar Aficionado. "Attendees have the choice of Diamond Crown Classic, Diamond Crown Julius Caeser or Diamond Crown Maximus.

CigarBQue events will also take place in Austin, Denver, Chicago, Portland, Philadelphia, St. Louis and Tampa. The first CigarBQue for 2016 takes place in Atlanta on April 21st, from 6 to 9 PM at Venkman's. Tickets this year are $75 each and include cigars, drinks and food. Enditem
