US: E-liquid Product from Pax Labs

Pax Labs, the heat-not-burn specialist that until this year was named Ploom, left tobacco out of its latest product and joined the world of e-liquid vaporizers, the company said.

Juul, described as an e-cigarette offering the closest thing yet to the nicotine kick from smoking its combustible counterpart, was unveiled at a trade fair in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new vaporizer is based on a nicotine salt e-liquid platform that delivers the active ingredient more efficiently than e-cigs using pure nicotine, the company said.

Juul will be available in selected US stores and on the Pax Labs website in June, the company said. A starter kit will cost USD 49.99 (about EUR 47). Four flavours of liquids initially will be available. A four-pack of pods will retail for USD 15.99, Pax Labs said. Enditem
