<strong>China: HongyunHonghe Presents New Cigarette Product to Markets in Myanmar</strong>

HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province – the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer – and Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies of Myanmar jointly held a promotional fair in Myanmar's capital city of Yangon on March 10 to present the Win brand new cigarette product to markets in Myanmar.

Attending the promotional fair were more than 40 people including Board of Directors Chairman Lin Wenmeng of Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies, General Manager Lin Hongsheng of Yangon subsidiary of HongyunHonghe, leaders of the overseas business development department of HongyunHonghe and major cigarette retailers in Yangon.

In an address delivered at the promotional fair on behalf of Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies, Lin Wenmeng introduced the market positioning, development, production, etc of WIN brand cigarettes.

Meanwhile, a leader of the overseas business development department of HongyunHonghe introduced the development of WIN.

WIN is a new cigarette product particularly designed for markets in Myanmar that was developed through concerted cooperation between the overseas business development department, the technology research and development center, the production and manufacturing center, etc of HongyunHonghe. HongyunHonghe spent half a year developing this new cigarette product. In developing this new product, HongyunHonghe sent teams to Myanmar to conduct on-site testing of the smoking flavor of WIN brand cigarettes many times, hear opinions on packaging, and repeatedly readjusting the blending formula and exterior designing.

It is believed that WIN will have good performance in markets in Myanmar because of the advantages of HongyunHonghe in raw materials supply, technologies, techniques and blending formulas in cigarette production over the past many years, and as a result of concerted efforts by Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies and major cigarette retailers in Yangon.

Wang Zilei, a leader of Universal Cigarette Factory of Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies, was also present at the promotional fair, and discussed matters of the construction of the cigarette factory, production, equipment and human resources development of the factory with other participants. Major cigarette retailers expressed strong desire to market WIN brand cigarettes one after another, and vied with one another in placing orders for WIN brand cigarettes from Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies.

Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies is trade company established in Myanmar by Lin Wenmeng in the capacity of an overseas Chinese residing in Myanmar, with the scope of business covering tobacco, dairy products, general merchandise, foods, chemical products, etc. The company started the business of operating export of tobacco products made in Yunnan to Myanmar. Fu Xing Brothers Group of Companies has established branch offices in major cities in Myanmar, with highly qualified marketing managers and taskforces of salespersons, and with sufficient promotional sales and distribution vehicles.
