China: HongyunHonghe Holds New Product Appraisal Gathering

HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province – the largest Chinese tobacco manufacturer – has recently held a grand gathering for appraisal and test-smoking of a new product of its Yunyan cigarette brand family, known as Yunyan (Freshness, Sweetness and Aromatics), in presenting it to the market.

The appraisal and test-smoking gathering was held on November 6 in Jingdezhen City of east China's Jiangxi Province, reputed as the porcelain capital of China for producing high-quality porcelain ware for thousands of years.

In an address delivered at the gathering, Director Wu Yuzhen of Jingdezhen City Tobacco Monopoly Administration said that cigarette products of HongyunHonghe have already enjoyed high reputation and credibility at local markets there, and that Jingdezhen City Tobacco Company attaches great importance to developing brands of HongyunHonghe.

He expressed the hope that the gathering will contribute to consolidating and improving bilateral relations of strategic cooperation, and promoting the influence of the Yunyan cigarette brand family in Jingdezhen on a continued basis through the seizure of the current favorable opportunity brought about by the presentation of the new cigarette production to the market.

At the gathering, representatives of the marketing center of HongyunHonghe made a full-scale and detailed introduction of Yunyan (Freshness, Sweetness and Aromatics) by specifying the high-quality raw materials, special aromatizing technology and the fresh and fine looking and elegant packaging design of Yunyan (Freshness, Sweetness and Aromatics), the way of test-smoking, etc.

Also speaking at the gathering, HongyunHonghe Deputy CEO Li Heng said that the packaging of Yunyan (Freshness, Sweetness and Aromatics), in the capacity of a new member of the Yunyan cigarette brand family, is particularly designed after the blue and white porcelain ware of Jingdezhen to match the rich and centuries-old culture of Jingdezhen as the porcelain capital of China for thousands of years, and to express the profound meaning of Yunyan as a national treasure of the tobacco industry of China. Enditem
