HongyunHonghe''s New Leaf Tobacco Cutting Line for Yunyan Passes Acceptance Appraisal

The exclusive leaf tobacco cutting line for making Yunyan brand cigarettes, which HongyunHonghe Tobacco Group built in the execution of a major exclusive project designated by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration (STMA), has recently passed a stringent expert appraisal for technical acceptance.

On November 5, the STMA held at the headquarters of HongyunHonghe a meeting to conduct an expert appraisal of the exclusive leaf tobacco cutting line for making Yunyan brand cigarettes for technical acceptance. Deputy Director Li Deyi of the Economic Operation Department of the STMA attended the meeting.

At the meeting, a panel of nine experts led by President Yuan Xingsi of Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute conducted on-site examination over the operation of the exclusive leaf tobacco cutting line for making Yunyan brand cigarettes, and heard working reports and technical reports given by HongyunHonghe and testing reports given by third parties. After raising questions and hearing answers, the panel of experts eventually formed the following opinions on the appraisal:

"The panel of experts unanimously agreed that exclusive leaf tobacco cutting line for making Yunyan brand cigarettes is in fulfillment of the contents of research prescribed by the planning for executing the major exclusive project of building a leaf tobacco cutting line for making Chinese-style cigarettes. It has met the requirements of the relevant technical and economic indexes, has produced remarkable economic efficiency and social efficiency, and has been remarkably innovative in terms of multidimensional fine processing technology, special treatment technology, etc, which form the system of core technologies of the exclusive leaf tobacco cutting line for making Yunyan brand cigarettes."
