China: Septwolves Brand Tobacco Technology Joint Laboratory Officially Established

China Tobacco Fujian Industrial Co., Ltd. in southeast China’s Fujian Province and Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute of China National Tobacco Corporation jointly held a ceremony to unveil the nameplate of the Septwolves Brand Tobacco Technology Joint Laboratory on October 22.

It was pointed out at the ceremony that China Tobacco Fujian Industrial Co., Ltd. in southeast China’s Fujian Province and Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute have maintained favorable relations of cooperation for many years, achieving successes in many fields. The establishment of the joint laboratory was a major embodiment of integration of advantageous resources and strengthening of close combination between scientific-technological research and production between the two sides.

The joint laboratory has determined four orientations of research – stabilization of quality, control of quality, improvement of quality and balance of quality, and also key points of cooperation between the two sides in the research of exclusive technological subjects of leaf tobacco redrying, which will be of great significance to reexamination and checking of the whole cigarette processing process, systematic research and analysis of all work processes and technological targets, technological tasks, etc. Enditem
