China is Key Cigarette Brands Keep Steady Growth in Q1 Source from: Tobacco China Magazine 05/16/2012 ![]() During Q1 2012, China’s tobacco industry saw a steady development in key brands. Key cigarette brands structure went up, volumes increased, and supported the tobacco industry to develop smoothly.

During Q1, volumes of 27 key brands amounted to 555.05 billion units. Sales volume of Double Happiness-Red Double Happiness more than 55 billion units; sales volumes of Hongtashan, Baisha, Yunyan, Mountain Huangshan, Liqun, Septwolves, over 25 billion units respectively; Honghe, Huangjinye, among other 8 brands, over 20 billion units.
During Q1, sales income of key brands reached 329.4 billion yuan. Among it, sales income of Chuanghwa over 46 billion yuan; Yunyan, Furongwang, Double Happiness-Red Double Happiness, Liqun, Huanghelou, Yuxi, over 20 billion yuan respectively; Hongtashan, Baisha, among other 7 brands, over 11 billion yuan.Enditem
