Hongta Group Presents Organic Cigarette Product to Northwestern City

Hongta Group in southwest China's tobacco-producing Yunnan Province - a leading Chinese tobacco manufacturer - held a grand ceremony in Urumqi City of northwest China's Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region on October 30 to present its first organic cigarette product - Yuxi (Manor) - to the local market, after introducing it to markets in a number of Chinese cities in September.

In reality, Yuxi (Manor) is the first organic cigarette product of China's tobacco industry.

The dignitaries attending the ceremony included Deputy Secretary Shi Yongchao of the Communist Party Committee at Hongta Group, Director Chen Yufang and Deputy General Manager Liu Jianchang of Xinjiang Regional Tobacco Monopoly Administration, Director Qu Weidong of Urumqi City Tobacco Monopoly Administration, leaders of the prefecture-level or city-level tobacco subcompanies in Xinjiang, representatives of retailers, representatives of high-end consumers, and the relevant leaders of Hongta Group's marketing center.
